Projects

What I have built.

Beyond the client engagements, these are the things I designed and built myself. Each one is here to show a specific capability: that I ship products, adopt new tools fast, and start with honest scope instead of a promise.

Product Development and AI Adoption

VitalFed, shipping a product solo with AI as the build team

What it demonstrates: product development, AI adoption, systems thinking, and the willingness to build rather than only recommend.

As product lead under Untapped Bio, I owned the architecture, design, and go-to-market for a nutrition planning app, and made a deliberate bet to use AI as my engineering and production capacity so one person could ship what normally takes a team. I built a personalized daily food checklist across thirteen categories, weekly meal planning that generates a shopping list and moves purchased items into tracked pantry inventory, an AI coach for food and energy questions, a food-reaction journal that surfaces patterns over time, the data architecture, and a validation process to check plans at scale.

It is built and awaiting Apple Developer approval, nearing App Store launch. I make no health outcome claim for it. I built it to find out whether one person could take a product from idea to a finished app using AI as the build team, and the answer was yes.

Systems and Platform Architecture

The diagnostic platform, one operating stack behind the methodology

What it demonstrates: systems thinking, technical fluency, and the ability to turn a methodology into working software.

To run my Executive Diagnosis methodology at scale, I built the platform that operates it: a Supabase backend with a WordPress and WooCommerce front end, integrating CRM, payments, email, and research tooling into a single stack. It handles the diagnosis workflow, the client-facing assessment, and the commerce behind the product ladder. I built it because a methodology that only works when I am running it by hand is not really a methodology yet.

Business Infrastructure and Operations

Dukatz Logistics, standing up a whole company from zero

What it demonstrates: operations leadership, business systems design, and the ability to build the infrastructure a company runs on, not just its marketing.

Dukatz Logistics launched with no infrastructure, systems, brand, or digital presence. I built the operational and digital foundation end to end: business formation, brand and website, SEO and Google Analytics, a Zoho CRM, invoicing and accounting systems, executive dashboards, and the workflows and technology stack that tied it all together. The founder focused on customer acquisition; I built the business those sales ran through. The full engagement, with the revenue context, is on the Case Studies page.

Brand Positioning and Diagnosis

Haula Moving Co, setting a category foundation before the growth

What it demonstrates: diagnosis-first discipline, brand positioning, and honest scope.

Haula needed category positioning it did not have. I led with diagnosis, an audit of the competitive landscape and the company’s actual market position, then built an audit-backed positioning strategy that established the brand foundation. I do not claim performance numbers here, because the engagement did not run long enough to earn them, and I will not report what I cannot prove. That restraint is the point: I start with evidence and honest scope, not a promise.
